Eating Grass

Humans have all sorts of theories about why dogs eat grass. Some say we do it in order to be sick, others say there is some nutrient in grass that we need. The fact is, we simply like grass. Especially young, fresh grass in the spring.

I'm glad to see Everybody's okay. I was worried about you, and Tess.

I am a sausage dog and twice I have been so frantic about eating grass I have got my owner up at 3am in the winter so I can go out and eat some. At those times she has not loved me very much - if at all. Then I tear at it for about 10 minutes. Tess can you tell me why this is?
